Akik régebb óta olvasnak, emlékezhetnek rá, hogy volt már arra példa a blog történetében, amikor egy bejegyzés hatására az addig eladósorban lévő ház megtalálta új gazdáját.
A mai poszt célja is valami hasonló, szeretnék nektek mutatni egy szépséget, ami ráadásul kishazánk egy olyan vidékén van, ahol minden fűszálból csak úgy árad a nyugalom.
A Balaton-felvidéken járunk, a Káli-medencében, és ha csak meghallom ezeket a neveket, máris egész sor olyan kép ugrik be, amelyektől megszáll valami különös szénaillatú béke.
Aki járt már arra, tudja miről beszélek: a hol itt, hol ott felbukkanó Balaton gyönyörű látképe, sztorizgatós borozgatás a verandán, levendula, kanyargós utak, le-s-fel bringatúrák, esti tücsökmuzsika az ablak alatt, napsütötte kövek, nyári fesztiválozás, álmos kis falvak, présházak, fröccs... és a szelíden hullámzó táj, ami miatt akár innen Budapestről is érdemes lekocsizni akár pár órácskára is, hiszen megadja mindazt, amit csak kaphatunk: kisimult homlok és lélek, igazi feltöltődés.
Na, de egyelőre félre az elhomályosult tekinetttel, jöjjenek a részletek, aztán pedig sok-sok kép.
A tulajdonosok az épületet már szerkezetkészen vásárolták a teljesen puszta környezetben. A későbbi részletek, a melléképületek, a kert, a megkapó enteriőrök - saját elképzeléseik alapján - folyamatosan kerültek kialakításra az évek folyamán.
Minden bútordarabot, lámpát, ágyat, virágot, a burkolatokat... maguk válogattak össze, és mivel semmi nem sürgette őket, sokszor érte már őket az az érzés, hogy na, kész, hátradőlünk, de aztán egy nap megállt valamelyikük a verandán, és már jött is fel a pincéből a régi kopott asztal, meg a székek, és jött vele az érzés, "na, ÍGY még jobban tetszik" :3
Bizonyára ismerős mindez azoknak, aki szeretnek ilyesmivel foglalatoskodni, pláne jó érzés ezt szervesen hozzáálmodni ahhoz a gyönyörű környezethez, ami körűlveszi a házat.
A fontosabb adatok a következők:
A telek, amin a ház áll, 6000 nm, jelenleg külterület, de a belterületbe vonás folyamatban van.
Maga a ház 120 nm- es, benne előtér, nappali, konyha, étkező, 3 szoba, 2 fürdőszoba, kazánház található.
Kialakításra került egy vendégházrész is, valamint egy klubszoba, és persze tároló is van.
Közművek: víz, villany, csatorna bekötve, elektromos kazán padlófűtéssel.
És a pazar panorámáról is essen szó, egyelőre a képeken.
Ez az a részlet, amit pár napja is feszegettem egy korábbi posztban: bele kell szeretni a tájba ahhoz, hogy az ember ott akarjon lenni, újra és újra, és az van, hogy itt, ez, most, egy, ilyen, táj.
Van még valami, ami hozzátartozik a jellegzetes balaton-felvidéki érzéshez, az pedig a nádtetős, muskátlis, fehérrre meszelt falú századelős parasztházak.
A tulajdonos viszont valami olyan különleges hangulatot szerettek volna idecsempészni, ami jellegzetes ugyan, mégsem üt el annyira, hogy idegenül hasson.
Az enteriőrök a kerttel együtt egy igazán kedves dél-franciaországi életérzést közvetítenek, annak minden egyszerű, mégis kifinomult bájával együtt.
Aki tehát most abban a helyzetben van, hogy házat vegyen, akár úgy, hogy odaköltözik, akár nyaralónak, kérem vegye fel a kapcsolatot a tulajdonosokkal, és nézze meg élőben is a birtokot.
Az ilyesmihez van orrom: ki tudja, talán egy új szerelem születik, és valaki itt találja meg a régóta keresett nyugalmat.
Jelentem, nemrég kaptam a hírt, hogy a birtok megtalálta új gazdáját! :)

Those who have been reading my blog for a while may remember that there were examples that an estate for sale found its new owner through a blog entry.
The aim of today’s post is something similar; I would like to introduce you to a beauty which on top of that is in an area of our lovely homeland where peace flows out of every blade of grass.
We are in the Balaton Uplands, in the Káli basin and when I hear these names only a series of pictures already start to flow in front of my eyes and my heart is filled with a unique inner peace smelling like hay. Those who have been there before know what I am talking about: The beautiful view of Balaton which pops out here and there; drinking wine, telling stories on the porch; lavender; winding roads; up and down hill bike rides; crickets playing their songs in the evening under the window; sunlit rocks, summer festivals, sleepy little villages, press-sheds, frocks... and the gently undulating landscape, which makes it worth to drive there from Budapest even for only a few hours, as it gives us all we can get: smooth forehead and soul, real replenishment.
But away with the hazy eyes, let the details come and then a lot of pictures.
When the owners bought the building it was structurally complete in a totally bare area. The further details, the outhouses, the garden, the touching interiors – based on their own imaginations – have been created during the years.
Every piece of furniture, lamp, bed, flower, the sheathing... they have chosen and as nothing hurried them, they have had the feeling that it is ready, we lean back but one day one of them stopped on the porch and the old used table and the chairs came up from the cellar and with them the feeling arrived: “I like it more LIKE THIS” :3
Surely it is familiar for those who like to deal with thing like these, and add your dreams to the existing wonderful environment which surrounds the house is an additional pleasure.
The most important data is the following:
The parcel, where the house is, 6000 square meters, it is currently periphery but making it inland is in progress. The house itself is 120 square meters, there is a hall, a living room, a kitchen, and there are three rooms, two bathrooms and a furnace room.
Part of the house is created for guests, and there is a club room and of course a storage room.
Utilities: water, electricity, sewer are installed and there is an electric furnace with floor heating.
And let’s talk about the magnificent view, yet only in pictures.
This is the detail I have already discussed in an earlier post: you have to fall in love with the landscape to want to be there again and again, end the thing is that here, this, now is such a landscape.
There is one more thing that is part of the typical feeling about this area, and those are the white peasant houses with thatched roof and geraniums from the beginning of the previous century.
The owners wanted to sneak in a special atmosphere which is unique but is not different so much that it would look strange.
The interiors with the garden convey a really nice South French lifestyle with all its simple but sophisticated charm.
So if one is in the state that they can buy a house either to move in it or as a summer house, please get in touch with the owners and take a look at the estate live.
I have a good sense for that: who knows, maybe a new love is going to be born and somebody will find the long searched peace here.
